What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome every customer promptly with a professional, positive attitude
  • Identify parts efficiently using catalogs and digital tools
  • Ask the right questions to fully understand customer needs
  • Recommend related products through consultative selling
  • Process sales accurately and maintain inventory records
  • Manage special orders from request through delivery
  • Supply technicians with correct parts on time
  • Receive, stock, and organize inventory
  • Track lost sales to improve product availability
  • Assist with cycle counts and annual inventory
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional parts department
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to create a seamless customer experience

FULL TIME  - GRAIN DRYER SERVICE TECHNICIAN

This exciting job opportunity offers on-going training, a compensation package including; tool, boot and safety allowance, benefits and a positive work environment.

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/qualities:

–        minimum Grade 12 education

–        must be willing to learn the grain drying process

–        must be mechanically inclined

–        must be willing to travel and work long hours

–        must possess the ability to work independently, as well as in a team setting

–        must have strong interpersonal and communications skills

–        must provide a drivers abstract

–        must take pride in providing quality workmanship

–        the ability to keep accurate records is an asset

–        commitment to customer service and pride in quality workmanship

This exciting job opportunity offers on-going training, a compensation package including; tool, boot and safety allowance, benefits and a positive work environment.

As an Agricultural Equipment Technician you will be responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, repair and service of the complete line of Kubota Agricultural and Turf equipment at our service shop.

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/qualities:

–        overall mechanical ability

–        experience and/or formal training in Agricultural equipment mechanics

–        strong computerized diagnostic skills using OEM specific programs

–        commitment to customer service and pride in quality workmanship
