Our En-Masse Chain Conveyors are built tough for the daily demands of commercial grain operations. GSI’s En-Masse conveyors are rugged, heavy duty machines that have your operation in mind through the design process.

Features may include:

• All trough pieces are flanged with structural angle to provide rigidity and accurate alignment. The trough is a bolted, 3 piece construction, rather than a formed U shape, for increased strength, durability, and ease of service.

• Bolted access allows removal of the shaft, sprocket, and bearings as a complete assembly in both the head and tail for quick replacement or service. In addition, bolt on trough bottoms make liner replacement easier.

• Special attention has been paid to your heavy duty needs, including heavy-duty welded housings, heavy-duty take-ups, thicker standard liners, stronger heads and tails, 6” (152.40 mm) pitch welded chain with welded v-cup flight attachments, and factory bolted flights.
