The Quiet Dryer uses a best-in-class, commercial grade blower - this is the same blower used in Zimmerman tower dryers - without any loss in capacity or airflow, and with comparable electrical efficiency to GSI vane axial fan portable dryers. This patent-pending feature, combined with the proven star-fire burner used on existing vane axial GSI portable dryers, provides an efficient delivery of airflow to the burner.

With a higher grain throughput than centrifugal fan portable dryers, the GSI Quiet Dryer is a quieter, efficient solution to drying.

Noise is one of the most common occupational hazards. Exposure to high levels of noise may cause hearing loss, create physical and psychological stress, reduce productivity, interfere with communication, and contribute to accidents and injuries by making it difficult to hear warning signals. The GSI Quiet Dryer is 50% quieter than vane axial portable dryers. Not only is this dryer quieter, but with a frequency centered in the 1,000 Hz range, it produces a more comfortable, less harsh tone.

The Dry/Cool Quiet Dryer features a single blower and two plenums, available in either a 60/40 or 50/50 split. This unique, patent-pending, superior engineered design allows for airflow to be optimized in both the upper and lower plenums, which maximizes capacities from model to model; and also provides ultimate flexibility to be operated in any mode – all heat, dry & cool, continuous flow or batch – at a very competitive price.

GSI Stacked Quiet Dryers use a dry/cool 50/50 lower module. Like all models in the GSI Quiet Dryer line, they are 50% quieter than vane axial stacked portable dryers, with no loss in capacity and even, consistent plenum pressures.

Vision controls offer simple operation, with an easy-to-read large color graphical touch display. Located on the dryer or remote with a few wires, these controls are design specifically for GSI grain dryers, giving you unmatched options and settings to get exactly what you need from your dryer control.

Our grain inverters move all but the outside 2" (50.8 mm) of grain, promoting higher test weights, maximum grain quality, and reduced fuel usage. The outside layer of wet grain is dried using the heat that would have otherwise escaped the dryer. When using inverters, you eliminate over-dried grain and maximize drying efficiency as well as grain quality as you simplify your operation with a convenient clean-out door for easy and quick maintenance.

Improve your moisture sample accuracy with the new Static Moisture Sampler. Our sampler only takes readings when the grain is static and not flowing and features debris guards to ensure a trash free, accurate sample.
